The Registration Certificate Course is the minimum requirement you need to work in the real estate industry as a real estate sales person or property manager in Queensland. The Real Estate Registration Certificate enables you to work at a real estate agency under the supervision of a licensed real estate principal. If you wish to own or manage your own real estate agency, you will need to complete the QLD Full Real Estate Licence course.
As part of this course, you will have access to 7 Units of Competency, taken from CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

Upgrade to Full Agent Licence / Principal Licensee

This course allows you to take your registration certificate (from the CPP40307 package) and upgrade to become a fully licensed agent or principal licensee.
This course gives you the necessary training requirements from the (CPP40307) qualification, and you must have completed the QLD registration certificate course from the CPP40307 qualification to be able to undertake this course.
After successful completion, you will apply to the Office of Fair Trading for your licence allowing you to become a full agent or a principal licensee and run your own agency.
As part of this course, you will have access to 12 Units of Competency, taken from CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
