The Full Real Estate Licence qualification is required to apply to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for a Full Real Estate Licence. Study online at your own pace and take the next step in your real estate career.
A Full Real Estate Licence can allow you to:
- Manage and own a real estate agency
- Act as the Principal Licensee in Charge
- Manage apartment complexes and sell units independently
- Operate a trust account

Course Structure
You have up to 12 months to complete this qualification. As a fully online and self-paced program, you can progress through the learning materials and assessments at your own pace within this timeframe.
The course consists of 19 units of competency, with assessment tasks, knowledge questions and required video role plays.
All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited and recognised by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
Upon Completion
Once all required assessments have been successfully completed and verified, NREL will issue your Statement of Attainment.
You can then apply directly to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for your Full Real Estate Licence. Licence eligibility and approval are determined by the Office of Fair Trading.
