Course Structure
You have up to 6 months to complete this course. As a fully online and self-paced program, you can progress through the learning materials and assessments at your own pace within this timeframe.
The course includes 12 units of competency from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, with structured learning content, written assessment tasks, knowledge questions, and required video role plays.
Upon Completion
Once all required assessments have been successfully completed and verified, you will be issued the relevant Statement of Attainment by NREL.
You can then use your completed training when applying to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading for your Certificate of Registration. The Office of Fair Trading determines eligibility and issues the Certificate of Registration.
