The Full Real Estate Licence qualification is required to apply to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for a Full Real Estate Licence. Additionally, licence holders can take on greater responsibilities within the real estate industry.
A Full Real Estate Licence can allow you to:
- Own and operate your own agency
- Act as Principal Licensee in Charge
- Manage apartment complexes
- Sell units independently
- Operate a trust account

All students are required to obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Your Statement of Attainment cannot be issued if you have not provided your USI.

Course Structure
You have up to 6 months to complete the course. As it is an online and completely self-paced course, you can work through the content and assessments within your own time and at your own pace.
The course provides access to 7 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package and consists of assessment tasks, questions and video role plays.
All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited and recognised by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
Upon Completion
Once you have successfully completed the required units and assessments, you will have completed the remaining units required to gain the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.
You can then apply directly to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for your Full Real Estate Licence, subject to meeting their eligibility requirements.
