The Certificate of Registration Course is the minimum educational requirement you need to work in the real estate industry within Queensland. It allows you to work for an established agency, under the supervision of a Principal Licensee in Charge as a real estate salesperson or property manager.

Course Structure
You have up to 6 months to complete the course. As it is an online and completely self-paced course, you can work through the content and assessments at your own pace within this timeframe.
The course includes 12 units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, with assessment tasks, questions and video role plays.
All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited and recognised by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
Upon Completion
Once you have completed and submitted all of your course assessments, your assessments will be marked by NREL’s assessing team. Once deemed satisfactory, your account will be verified and you will receive your Statement of Attainment.
Following this, you are required to apply directly to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for your Certificate of Registration.
