This course allows you to build on your existing Registration Certificate training and complete the additional units required to apply for a Full Real Estate Licence with the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
A Full Real Estate Licence can allow you to:

Before You Enrol
To complete this course, you will need:
- Laptop or desktop computer (Mac or Windows)
- Microsoft Word and Adobe Reader
- Reliable internet access to complete assessments online
- Device capable of recording video role plays (phone or webcam)
Before enrolling, please ensure you have completed the required 12 units from the QLD Registration Certificate Course.

Course Structure
You have up to 6 months to complete this course. As a fully online and self-paced program, you can progress through the learning materials and assessments at your own pace within this timeframe.
The course includes 7 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package, with assessment tasks, knowledge questions and required video role plays.
All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited and recognised by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
Upon Completion
Once all required assessments have been successfully completed and verified, you will receive your Statement of Attainment from NREL.
You can then apply directly to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for your Full Real Estate Licence.
