The Agent’s Representative Course is the minimal educational requirement you need to work in the real estate industry as a real estate sales person or property manager in Victoria. This qualification enables you to work at an agency under the supervision of a licensed agent / principal. You must work as an Agents Representative Agent in Victoria for at least 12 consecutive months before you upgrade to your Certificate IV / Full Licence.

Work in the real estate industry
The course consists of assessment tasks, questions and video roleplays.
To complete an NREL course transparently, you will need:
- a Laptop or Computer (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above))
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader 11) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- internet access so you can complete the assessments via the online learning platform
- Video recording device
When you enrol you should receive two separate emails. These are automatically sent to the email provided upon enrolling by the student. The first email will be a receipt and confirmation and the second will be your login details and the link to the training platform for you to begin your course (Make sure you check your junk mail folder for the second email as sometimes email servers can filter training platforms as SPAM).
Upgrade to Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

This course allows you to take your agents representative certificate (from the CPP40307 package) and upgrade to become a fully licensed agent or principal licensee.
You must have completed the VIC agents representative course from the CPP40307 qualification to be able to undertake this course.
After successful completion, you will apply to the Consumer Affairs for your licence allowing you to become a full agent or a principal licensee and run your own agency. Please note that you need to work for 12 months with your agent’s representative certificate to qualify for the full licence in Victoria.
