Do you already have your 12 units completed from the Registration Certificate Course? This course allows you to take your Registration Certificate units (from the CPP41419 package) and complete the remaining units to gain the qualification required to apply for a Full Real Estate Licence with QLD Office of Fair Trading.
The Full Real Estate Licence qualification is required to be able to apply to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for a Full Real Estate Licence. Licence holders can own and operate their own agencies and be the Principal Licensee in Charge. Additionally, they are able to manage apartment complexes and sell any units independently and operate a trust account.
As part of this course, you will have access to 7 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package.

Before you Apply…
To complete an NREL course, you will need:
- laptop or desktop (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible)
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader DC) and Microsoft Word
- internet access so you can finish the assessments via the online learning platform (Google chrome internet browser recommended)
- video recording device (phone, webcam, etc)
Once you apply for the course with NREL, you will receive a confirmation email and login details to access your course. If you cannot locate these please check your junk/spam folder and following this, email through to info@reaa.com.au.
Note: ALL students are required to obtain a UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI). Your Statement of Attainment cannot be issued if you have not provided us with your USI. For more information, or to apply for your USI, visit www.usi.gov.au.
The Course…
You have up to 6 months to complete the course. As it is an online and completely self-paced course you can work through the content and assessment within your own time and at your own pace within this time frame. The course consists of knowledge and practical skills assessment tasks, including questions, projects and video role plays. For questions regarding your eligibility and QLD Office of Fair-Trading requirements we recommend you contact them directly.
All units of competency and course content are nationally accredited and recognised by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
Upon Completion…
Once you have completed and submitted all of your course assessments you will be asked to activate your grading. From here, your assessments will be marked by NREL’s assessing team and when deemed satisfactory in all assessments we will verify your account and you will receive your Statement of Attainment from NREL. Following this, you will need to apply to the Office of Fair Trading with the 12 other units that you hold from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice for your Full Real Estate Agent Licence.
