The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is the qualification required to apply to the NSW Office of Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence. Class 2 Licence holders are known as Licensed Agents and are able to sell and manage properties.
As part of this course, you will have access to 18 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package.
Please note: NSW Office of Fair Trading requires 12 months of industry experience as an Assistant Agent before you can successfully apply to be classified as a Class 2 Licensed Agent.

Before You Enrol
Before accessing the course content and assessment, you will be required to complete a compulsory pre-enrolment assessment within your student portal.
To complete the course, you will also need:

All students are required to provide NREL with a Unique Student Identifier (USI) before access to the course is granted.

Course Structure
You have up to 12 months to complete this course. As the course is online and self-paced, you can work through the content and assessments within your own time.
The course provides access to 18 units of competency from the CPP41419 training package and consists of assessment tasks, questions and video role plays.
Additionally, you will receive the Sales Professional Fundamentals Course to build your practical industry knowledge.
Upon Completion
Once you have successfully completed the required units and assessments, you will have completed the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.
Following this, you can apply to the NSW Office of Fair Trading for a Class 2 Licence, provided you meet the required eligibility criteria, including 12 months of industry experience as an Assistant Agent.
