If your course access is close to expiring (or has recently expired), you may be eligible to purchase a course extension within our 2-month grace period.  Extensions give you extra time to complete your training and assessments without losing your progress.  Extensions are subject to eligibility criteria.

What an extension does (and doesn’t) include

An extension provides:
Continued access to your learner portal and course resources
Time to submit outstanding assessments during the extension period
Retention of your existing course progress (where applicable)

An extension does not include:
Priority grading, fast-tracked marking, or 1:1 coaching (unless you purchase an upgrade separately, if available)
Changes to course requirements—assessment evidence requirements still apply

How do I know if I’m within the grace period?
If your course expiry date was within the last 2 months, you’re eligible to purchase an extension.

Will I lose my work if my course expires?
Your access may pause after expiry. If you purchase within the grace period, your access is restored and your progress is retained (where applicable).

Can I purchase multiple extensions?
Extensions are subject to policy limits. If you need further support, contact our team.
