Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the National Real Estate Learning (NREL) Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully to understand the requirements and expectations for affiliates.
1. Eligibility for Referrals:
- Referrals must result in successful enrolments in NREL courses.
- Referred students must be eligible to enrol in NREL courses. For example, they cannot be international students on a student visa.
- If a referred student requests a refund within 14 days of enrolment and is eligible for a refund, the enrolment will not be considered valid, and no referral fee will be payable.
- To qualify for a referral fee, the referred customer must make a purchase of more than $500. Only after this purchase threshold is met will the referrer be eligible to receive a $25 referral fee. If the referred customer spends $500 or less, no referral fee will be granted.
- Referral fees will not be paid in cases of self-referral. A referral fee is only applicable when the referral is made by one individual for another distinct, non-affiliated customer. Referrals made by individuals for their own purchases will not be eligible for any referral fee.
2. Referral Fee Payment:
- Referral fees will only be paid for valid and eligible referrals.
- Payments for eligible referrals will be processed in the first week of the following month after the 14-day refund period has lapsed.
- Any referrals within the 14-day refund period at the end of a month will be considered in the next month’s payment cycle.
3. Program Changes and Termination:
NREL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time and without notice. Any changes to the program will not affect the referral fees for previously eligible referrals.
4. Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, advertising and promotional regulations.
5. No Misrepresentation:
Affiliates may not misrepresent NREL, its courses, or the Affiliate Program in any way. Misleading or false claims can result in termination of the affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any pending referral fees.
6. Limitation of Liability:
NREL is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if NREL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in the NREL Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
