An agent’s representative is employed by or acts for a licensed estate agent, and with written authority, can perform any of the legal functions of that estate agent. For example, an agent’s representative can act as a salesperson or property manager but cannot operate an estate agency business.
As part of this course, you will have access to 18 units of competency which make up the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice which is the required educational qualification to enter the industry and work as an Agents Representative. You have up to 12 months to complete the course. As it is an online and completely self-paced course you can work through the content and assessment within your own time and at your own pace within this time frame. The course consists of assessment tasks, questions, and video role plays. When completing this course, you will be provided with online learning guides, additional resources as well as email assistance with our trainers through the student portal

The course assessments consist of assessment tasks, questions and video role plays.
To complete an NREL course, you will need:
- a Laptop or Computer (Mac or Windows computers are both compatible (Windows 8 or above))
- the latest version of Adobe Reader (currently Adobe Reader 11) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- internet access so you can complete the assessments via the online learning platform
- Video recording device
When you enrol you should receive two separate emails? These are automatically sent to the email provided upon enrolling by the student. The first email will be a receipt and confirmation and the second will be your login details and the link to the training platform for you to begin your course (Make sure you check your junk mail folder for the second email as sometimes email servers can filter training platforms as SPAM).
