The NSW Assistant Agent Course is the minimum educational requirement you need to work in the real estate industry within New South Wales. It allows you to work for an established agency under the supervision of a Principal Licensee in Charge as a real estate salesperson or property manager.
As part of this course, you will have access to 5 units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Course Structure
The course provides access to 5 units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
As well as completing the accredited training, you will receive the Sales Professional Fundamentals Course and Priority Grading.
Upon Completion
Once you have successfully completed the required course assessments, you can use your training to apply to the NSW Office of Fair Trading for your Assistant Agent Certificate, subject to meeting their eligibility requirements.
